Mrs. Jessica Johnston was born in Maine, grew up in California, and now calls Wisconsin home. After graduating from Martin Luther College in 2007, she was assigned to teach kindergarten at St. John in Jefferson, Wisconsin. After 3 years of teaching, she stepped aside from full time classroom teaching to be able to dedicate time to raising her six children with her husband, Pastor Jesse Johnston. She has always maintained a desire to teach in many capacities including piano lessons at SVLS, Women’s Bible Study, and Sunday School. She is looking forward to stepping back into the kindergarten classroom this year! In her free time, she enjoys getting lost in a good book, searching for hidden treasures at thrift stores, and exploring God’s creation with her family.
