CHRISTIAN PARENT TEACHER ASSOCIATION- The purpose of Shepherd of the Valley’s CPTA is to improve family and faculty fellowship. SVLS parents help in the organizing of events and all parents are encouraged to attend our meetings as families are what makes SVLS, and you are important in making this happen. Our first meeting will be Tuesday, September 5 at 6:30 in the commons. We'll introduce our officers, set a rough schedule of events for the school year and plan one of our biggest events of the year - Grandparents' Day - set for Friday, September 22nd. Please join us to discover some fun ways to volunteer at our school. Every parent is welcome!
The school's website has been updated! Take the time to check it out! Same address - www.svls.us
ENTERING THE CAMPUS - We are asking the parents to turn right onto the loop and then enter the parking lot from the south. If you are coming into the building with your child use a parking spot. Be sure to observe the parking restriction for handicap spots

AFTERSCHOOL PICKUP - At 3:50 pm, children not picked up from school will be automatically sent to EDP (Extended Day Program) and parents will be billed in half-hour increments. After the third unscheduled EDP use, families will be required to pay the one-time $10.00 registration fee in addition to any hourly fees.
SCRIP - Families - weekly scrip will resume this week. Please watch the school calendar for short school weeks when we will not be processing scrip orders.
