We have individual instruction for both the struggling student and the gifted. Our students participate in math bowls and sports such as soccer, volleyball, basketball, and cheerleading.
We have an active parents' group for the support of the teachers. We have chapel every Friday and library every Wednesday. We have activities that foster friendship amongst the different age groups: chapel buddies, reading buddies, and the SVLS spring Olympics. Music lessons are available to our students in a variety of instruments, either privately or through the FVL Schools grade school band. We invite Prairie Fire Children's Theatre to come and work with our students to put on a play performance each year.
We do all of this, without losing sight of our mission: to assist parents in our congregations and communities in their God-given responsibility to bring their children up in the training and instruction of the Lord.
